Vanessa Butler Pollard

Vanessa is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan. She attended Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan where she earned her BA in History and Spanish. After graduating she accepted a teaching position in Houston within the public school system. She later attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law earning her Doctorate of Jurisprudence and becoming a member of the state bar.

Vanessa Pollard is the owner of The Law Office of Vanessa Butler Pollard and serves as of Counsel with Pollard Legal Group, LLC. At Pollard Legal Group, LLC, she takes the lead on legal writing and research. Her primary focus is complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate level. Vanessa is extremely meticulous and prides herself on finding obscure case law that leads to favorable outcomes for her clients. With a strong work ethic, and impeccable knack for anticipating the opposing counsel's argument, Vanessa has proven to be a valuable asset to our group and someone you will be enthused to have on your side.
